This is a promotional offer to preview The Residences Dewa fractional ownership plan. To qualify for this offer you must have a minimum combined household income of US$100,000 per year, competence in English or Mandarin, and attend a fractional ownership preview of approximately 90 minutes.

One offer per household. This offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Residences Dewa offer. This offer is specifically designed for people who are married or in a life partnership, with one partner over the age of 30. If married or in a life partnership, we require that both parties attend the preview presentation.

Guests who do not qualify or do not complete the presentation will be charged the full published amount of the accommodation and benefits provided in the offer.

Accommodations are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the accommodation and/or rewards for products of an equal or higher value. Any additional rewards/gift certificates other than the accommodation will be issued at the completion of the preview.
